Production Time

Almost all orders have a 5 working day production time.
Factory golf ball orders will be an exception.  Each brand’s production time will be noted.

Production Time begins when camera ready art & P.O. reaches factory and credit has been established or payment received.

Available on selected items.  Call for pricing & availability.

All orders should include:

• ASI Distributor #
• In - hand date (if needed)
• Item number
• Placement of logo
• Artwork Instructions (Imprint size etc.)
• Ship to address

Overruns & Misprints

Golf Tee Printers reserves the right to distribute overruns or misprints through normal channels of distribution.
The Golf Ball Companies reserve the right to all orders being subject to runs of + or - 5%. In all other cases, we will ship in exact quantities.

Terms:

Net 30 days from date of shipment. A monthly late payment charge of 1.5% is applied to any balance unpaid 30 days after due date. All orders received are subject to credit approval by our credit department and will not be processed until approved. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

If paying by credit card, payment must be made at time of order.

If an order is incorrect for any reason, credits can only be issued on the amount of product returned.

Cancellations:

Purchase orders are considered firm, as production starts immediately.  Orders cancelled for any reason will be liable for all accrued expenses by Golf tee Printers. Cancellation charges are assessed at a minimum of 10% and up to 100% of original PO amount, pending circumstances.

Manufacturing country:

All products except the Velour Drawstring Bag & Golf Towels are made in USA

Shipping

U.P.S. Ground Shipping is standard. All orders ship in 5 working days from receipt of the order, artwork and payment. On ground shipping, delivery time is not guaranteed. They sometimes take a day longer than scheduled.
If you have a tight deadline, it may be wise to go with Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day Select Shipping. We need a physical address, since UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Golf Tee Printers can also split ship orders or drop ship to a location other than the one placing the order.

Drop Shipping:  First location - No Charge.  Additional locations:  $4 each.

We make every effort to meet your requested in-hand date.  However, we cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed by the freight carrier.

All shipments are F.O.B. production facility.

Imprint Colors

PMS

PMS (Pantone Matching System) is the universal color matching system used by printing companies to get an exact color match. When you furnish PMS numbers, we will match that color as closely as possible.Please use Coated (c) numbers only.Numbers will give you a Closer Match than (u) Numbers.

Artwork can be submitted in 2 forms:  Camera Ready Art & Digital Art.  Here's a look at both:

Camera Ready Art:
For best quality, please supply a black & white laser print with  a 1000 dpi resolution or greater.
For multi - color imprints, please separate each color, and supply a composite color print.
Do not use faxes, blurred copies or logos with raised surfaces.

We assume you have proofread your art and / or copy before sending it to us and that it  is correct & ready for processing

Line art should be Vector, not Raster.  If Raster files must be used for line art, they should be created in
black and white at 600-1200 dpi, at print size.

Art needing clean up, redrawing, retypesetting, or not furnished camera ready will incur a $25 art charge.
Golf Tee Printers reserves the right to determine if art is camera ready.

Digital Art:
Digital art can be submitted on CD-Rom, via e-mail or 3.5" disk.
Must be sent as an EPS or TIF File, in PC format.
If sending artwork via e-mail, it must be indicated on  purchase order with proper information to ensure art is matched with order.

We accept artwork sent in the following programs:

For 12 Dozen + , Prices include a one side (or Pole) Imprint 1-4 colors.  
PMS colors (Coated numbers only!) are requested for color Accuracy. 
There is no charge to match PMS colors. 
Light colors are not suggested unless they are outlined or used as fill
of a dark color.
