All Orders Should Include:
• In-hand date (if needed)

• Placement of logo on product
• Artwork Instructions (Imprint size, typestyle, etc.)
• Ship to Address with suite number, specifying residential or commercial location.
Please check to confirm address information is correct. Any correction charges from UPS will be billed to you.

• Your name and email address
• Your ASI / SAGE / PPAI Distributor Number
• Your State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
Artwork:
- Vector Files created in Adobe Illustrator are preferred***
- Photoshop Files need to be created at 600 dpi resolution or higher, and image size should be no less than 200%
of actual imprint size. Art copied or pasted into Illustrator Files are not vector artwork. Artwork created in Illustrator (ai),
InDesign (.ind) and Corel Draw (.cdr) is vector art and is preferred over Photoshop (.psd, .jpg).
Please, no .png’s or .gif’s. No word or PowerPoint documents.
• Convert all text to outlines to preserve fonts before sending.
• If PMS number is not supplied, colors will be matched as close as possible.
• On full color process (CMYK) logos, color match is not guaranteed. However, we will match the color as closely as possible.
• Artwork to be printed at maximum size unless otherwise instructed.
• If you would like to see a proof, please request when placing the order.
Production time will not begin until proof is approved and received. Charges may apply for more than 2 proofs.

Product Samples:
Random samples: No charge for samples if UPS account # is supplied.
Samples with golf balls included will be charged EQP, refundable with order. Spec samples can be ordered.
Payment & Terms:
Net 30 Terms are offered once you order $1,000 with us prepaid.
When on terms, a monthly late payment charge of 1.5% is applied to any unpaid invoice 30 days after ship date.
All orders received are subject to credit approval by our credit department and will not be processed until approved.
To avoid delays with orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• If paying by credit card, payment must be made at time of order.
• If an order is incorrect for any reason, credit can only be issued on the amount of product returned.
Manufacturing Country:
Most products except the Golf Towels, Zipper & Drawstring Bags and Golf Balls are Made in the U.S.A.
Cancellations:
. Purchase Orders are considered firm, as production starts immediately.
Orders cancelled for any reason will be liable for all accrued expenses by Golf Tee Printers.
Cancellation charges are assessed at a minimum of 10% and up to 100% of the original PO amount, pending circumstances.
Late Fees and Collections:
- Invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date will have a 1.5% per month finance charge assessed against the unpaid balance
until the date of payment.
- Accounts will be liable for all collection costs and expenses, should the account be referred to an outside agent for collection.

Production Time:
Our production time will begin with the following:
. Artwork has been received & approved by both customer and Golf Tee Printers.
. Credit has been approved or payment has been received.
If payment is being made by credit card, payment must be made at time of order, or a 5% charge will be added to total.
Production Time is subject to changes according to:
- Workload during peak season (April - August)
- Changes in Product availability.
Rush Orders: Available on most items, call for pricing & availabilty.
*** Orders submitted after 1 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
. 1 Day Rush - Order will ship 1 working day after payment and art approval have been received.
. 2 Day Rush- Order will ship 2 working days after payment and art approval have been received.
. 3 Day Rush - Order will ship 3 working days after payment and art approval have been received.
*** Please send order, artwork & credit info as early as possible to ensure timely production time.
Shipping:
- UPS Ground Shipping is standard. Most orders ship in 7 working days (depending on the item) from receipt of the order, artwork and payment.
- On ground shipping, delivery time is not guaranteed. Orders sometimes may take a day longer than scheduled.
- If you have a tight deadline, it may be wise to upgrade to Next Day, Second Day or Third Day Select Shipping.
- We need a phyical address, as UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Drop Shipping: Additional locations: $5 each (net) plus shipping costs.
Golf Tee Printers can also split orders and drop ship.
- We make every effort to meet your requested in-hand date. However, we cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed by the freight carrier.
- Please submit all shipping information you have, including suite numbers and type of location (residential or commercial).
- Please note, a business run out of a residence is considered a residential shipping address.
- Any Delivery / Address Information given that is incorrect & changed by UPS will also incur a fee of $25 or actual charges, if higher
- All shipments are F.O.B. production facility.
Freight Charges will be prepaid & added to invoice, or quoted when order is placed.
Or ship using your UPS Shipping Account # - No Charge.
- Fedex: $10.00 per carton pickup fee & lead time requires an additional day to allow for pickup.
PMS Color Information:
PMS or Pantone Matching System is the universal color matching system used by printing companies to get an exact color match.
When you furnish a PMS number, we will match the color as closely as possible, using the Pantone Color Books.
PMS Color Match (Tees): $30 net Minimum # of tees: 1,500
PMS Color Match (Balls & other items): $20 net
- For Tees: Please use 3 digit "c" numbers only
- For Towels, Please use"u" numbers
- For all other items, Please use"c" numbers
. On full color process (CMYK) logos, color match is not guaranteed.
However, we will match the color as closely as possible.
. To avoid paying a PMS Charge, please find the standard imprint color
that is the closest match to your imprint color.
"c" numbers will give you a closer match than "u" numbers.
- If you cannot furnish a PMS number, with your written approval, we will match the color the best of our ability.
These Standard Imprint Colors are Included in prices.
